The Big Island of Hawaii

I had been living in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii for the past two months...and let me tell you how hard it is to narrow down what photographs to post - but here are a few.  It is beautiful there, not just a white sand, beautiful beach type of beauty that people think of as Hawaii - but a diversity of landscapes all around the island.

Banner Good Samaritan Photo Exhibit

From August through October,  I have a photo exhibit up in the lobby at  Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix.

It features photographs from my travels through Mexico and Central America - showcasing the diversity and beauty of the people.  From people in the streets of Tijuana,  Mexico City, Costa Rica, Guatemala to the the mountains of Panama.

I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot at a destination wedding in Hawaii at the Mauna Kea Hotel on the Big Island.  I had a great time second shooting for Ruth from Ruth Anne Photography.

The wedding was beautiful - with small group of their close friends and family joining to celebrate their marriage in Hawaii
